Personalised items (Cushions) - We aim to deliver items within 10-14 days, however if your item is being handmade to order please allow up to 21 days. ~ please contact us if you have any questions.

Personalised Buttons - We aim to deliver items within 5 days, but please allow up to 7 days during busy periods.  

Proof of postage is obtained for every item posted.

Returns Policy~ Unfortunatley no refunds can be offered on personalised gifts from incy wincy stitches. We accept no responsibility for incorrect spelling (Please double check 'name' spelling at checkout). Personalised goods may only be returned if the item itself is faulty. Fabric colours may vary slightly from those seen on screen. Each item is a true one-off, so please understand that items will not be identical to our online photos. All other items must be returned within 7 days of receipt. - Please ensure you contact us if you have any issues regarding your item/s. We are sorry, but we do not refund any postage costs to return goods.
